Woolworths Helensvale

If I could give this particular store a -5 stars I would. It is the most rude, unhelpful, worst customer service store I’ve ever come across in my life. I do work in the centre so I come here often there is only one woman that is lovely. Her name is Carmen. there was about 20 people lined up waiting and only two people serving so everyone’s expected to just serve themselves in self checkout even though you’ve got a full cart of stuff. when I said something to the lady at the cigarette desk - if someone could please put on an extra person to serve she said yeah sure I’ll put someone on and continue to just ignore and didn’t put anyone on very very rude

the girl in the Deli working today was the rudest sales assistant I have ever met . She refused to cut half a BBQ chicken and when I said I had bought one a few days ago without issue she basically called me a liar and belittled me in front of another customer . Definitely should not be working in a customer service role and hope management take this complaint seriously as she was absolutely DISGUSTING with her pathetic and lazy attitude and smart remarks aimed at a customer just trying to purchase a product

I'm in shopping in this Woolworths for years. Of course you can not expect to have a VIP service.But so far all the staffs are very nice in Helensvale Woolworths. But I had a very awsom experience for my shopping on Thursday morning. I had a very bad shoulder pain after I had a fall.So I had a little bit trouble to lift the heavy drink on the self-service machine. But surprise me suddenly a staff named Daniel ran to me and ask for helping me. He helped me to scan all the drinks and put them back in the trolley.He was a amazing boy working with his passion. After that I told him I can't find any lettuce,I told him the shelves are all empty Unbelievable he call someone to check for me,and not long after, had another boy Arron taking the whole trolley of fresh lettuce front of me and Arron help me clean all lettuce leaves patiently.And two boys are keep wearing their very sweet smile to look after me I told the boys wow what a VIP service I would like to say thank you Daniel your sincerely help, especially I got hurt problem.The most main point is I didn't ask Daniel for help. He was stand far away from me but when he may saw me had trouble ,he ran straight to help me I feel very impressed for his help And love to say thank you for Arron too. He didn't complaint I just ask for few lettuces,and he bring me some and pulling the whole trolley of lettuces .I feel very amazing what he did ThankYou so much two boys Hope I can see you guys again next time when I visit again
